Our real estate practice includes the representation of clients in virtually all phases of residential, commercial, industrial, retail, office, apartment, telecommunications, hospitality and healthcare finance and development, including related environmental and regulatory matters.  We have particular expertise in the establishment of condominiums and other forms of common ownership development, and planned residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.  Other areas of specialized expertise are affordable and subsidized housing, retail leasing, the design and implementation of asset disposition programs by "big box" retailers, and all aspects of the acquisition, operation, leasing, financing and sale-leasebacks of healthcare facilities, including independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.  We are experienced in the acquisition, development and disposition of waterfront properties and interests in timber, minerals and other natural resources.  Our real estate clients include a host of individuals, publicly- and privately-owned real estate developers, owner-users, REITs and institutional lenders.
