Mr. Bruinsma's practice includes a wide range of civil litigation matters, with a focus on commercial and financial services issues. He has handled various class actions on behalf of banks and finance companies throughout the Midwest and South. Mr. Bruinsmas experience includes serving as lead counsel in a nationwide discrimination class action on behalf of a major automotive finance company. He also has broad experience before state and federal appellate courts.

Mr. Bruinsma joined Myers Nelson Dillon & Shierk in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Member of one of Michigan's largest firms. He also clerked for the Honorable Robert P. Griffin, Michigan Supreme Court.
